• The Service is not liable for damages caused by inaccurate descriptions, delays, or user misconduct.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• Sellers must ship items within five (5) business days after payment confirmation.
• Buyers should confirm receipt promptly upon delivery.
• The Service is not responsible for shipping delays or losses once the item has been dispatched.

5. Disputes and Refunds

• In the event of a dispute, users must first contact the other party to attempt resolution.
• If unresolved, users may contact platform support with photo or video evidence.
• Refunds or account actions will be determined at the platform's discretion.

6. Privacy

• Personal information (email, phone number, address) is collected solely for account verification and transaction purposes.
• The Service does not publicly display or share user contact details without consent.

7. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not:

• Upload or sell counterfeit or fan-made items.
• Engage in harassment, fraud, or abuse toward other users.
• Use automated tools to scrape, copy, or interfere with the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or dispute resulting from user interactions or third-party services.
